Lunar Lupus is a one-person company. We will not promise you a response time we cannot keep — instead, here is where the answer usually already is, and what a request looks like that can be settled in one go.

  Every page has its own instructions, opened right where you are standing. That is the fastest route, because it already knows your screen.

• The frequent questions

  Six answers to what comes up most often — no sign-in, right on the home page.

• The contact form

  Four fields, no account needed. It lands in the same mailbox as an e-mail, with less typing.

Write a message

What belongs in the message

• Which brand and which account

  Zuchtwerk or Stalltrak, plus your login name. Without it, the first answer is a question back.

• What you did

  The page, the button, the entry. One sentence is enough.

• What happened — and what you expected

  The difference between the two is the actual information.

• When

  Date and roughly what time. After that we search the log.

When something fails, the application writes down what did not work and whether anything was charged. Send that sentence along — it tells us more than a screenshot.
