None of it is kept badly. It is simply not the same hour — and you only notice the difference once somebody asks.
The arrangement sits in a message.
“Half rations from Monday, please.” Four weeks later nobody goes looking for it — and the yard is the one that has to prove it.

Open since when, how much is left, and will it last the weekend? Three questions you cannot read off the sack.

Feed and traceability
You do not have to mix. Only to know what is there.
Set up the item once, book in the sack, feed. From then on Stalltrak keeps count: what is still in the feed room, how long the sack has been open, and how long it lasts at your actual consumption.

The range is calculated from actual consumption over the last two weeks, not from the feed plan. Stalltrak sets the opening date itself at the first feeding — with concentrate it is that window that counts, not the date printed on the unopened sack.

The file the owner can read back
Master data, findings, weight history, training log and documents — per horse in one place, together with what happened to it at the yard. Horses are the focus, not the limit: the application works across species. And an export that gives your data back whenever you want it.
The round at six
Who gets what, in sentences you can read out. It is ticked off where the bucket stands — and the state counts in the office straight away.
Schooling and lessons
Courses, appointments, attendance and waiting lists, arenas and their bookings, calendar. The session is finished at the end of it, instead of being reconstructed in the evening.
Club and members
Members, offices, membership types, sections — if there is a club attached to the yard. Charges and cash receipts are part of it — voided, never deleted. No direct debit, no dunning.

A public page with your pictures, if you want one. You decide whether it exists and what is on it.

Is this a horse marketplace?
No. No marketplace, no central register, no brokering. What does exist is your own yard page — but only if you want one. Without it your horses are in your account and nowhere else.
Does it replace my liveries' paperwork?
No, and it does not want to. Passport, ownership, livery contract and insurance stay where they are. Stalltrak records what happened at the yard — and hands it out when somebody asks.
What happens after the 45 days?
The plan limits apply again and the account falls back to Free. Nothing is deleted, and export always works. But only what fits the free allowance stays fully editable — one animal. For further animals no reminders run: you can see them and export them, nothing more. Better you know that today than on day 46.
Do I have to give payment details?
Only if you want to. Without payment details the trial simply runs out — no automatic renewal, no invoice you could overlook. There is no direct debit in any case.
Can I get back out?
At any time. Horses, feedings, sessions, documents — all of it can be exported, during the trial too. Software that holds your records must not hold them hostage. The other way round: the import preview is free — counting and checking works without a subscription, the import itself needs a paid plan.
I do not run a yard, just three horses of my own.
