Mating, litters, pedigrees, breeding regulations, the annual studbook volume. That is the same application with a different fit — and it is called Zuchtwerk.
The stable tiers count animals boarded — not boxes and not boarders. That is the number that actually creates work: an empty box costs nothing, and one boarder with three horses is three times the work. Which tier fits you is on the pricing section. See pricing
The stable modules
Six modules, and all six from the smallest tier.
A module is what a plan unlocks. On Stalltrak there is no table to read here: whoever has a stable plan has all six — the tier decides the number of animals, not the scope.

Boarding
Boxes and boarding contracts with the notice period on the contract. Absences — clinic, schooling, training — run alongside while the contract continues. And the stable list says who stands where today and who is away.

Herd due dates
Which boarded horse needs a vaccination or a worming treatment. The yard is liable for the herd and today only finds out by asking every owner individually.

Roughage
What the herd eats, with the same traceability as the feed: book in the batch, feed, and the remainder, the opening date and the days remaining are calculated along.

The plan names are the ones the application uses: they appear at registration, in the confirmation mail and on the invoice. Bookable on Stalltrak are Frei and the three stable tiers; breeding, feed production, teaching and clubs live on Zuchtwerk.
The mapping of module to plan is a transcript dated 15 September 2026. What counts is the list the application itself publishes — where they differ, the application wins.
No module, no surcharge
Five things that hang on no plan.
The statement by link
The boarder sees their status through a link — no account, no password, nothing for you to set up. What they see is what you release; nothing is public by default.
The customer record
The same card index as the club, different words: boarders, their animals, their contracts, their correspondence. WhatsApp is no substitute.
Move in by spreadsheet, preview free
Boarders, animals and contracts from CSV. The preview counts what arrives and writes nothing: you see before you buy whether your data lands intact. The import itself needs a paid plan.
On the phone, without an app store
Feeding, weighing, training, barcode, receipt. The application can be placed on the home screen and keeps working offline with a queue — there is rarely a signal in a stable.
Reminders and dates
Vaccinations, worming, farrier, course and exam dates. By email and in the calendar. Anyone keeping a stock does not keep it in their head.
The limits
What we deliberately do not do.
Not forgotten, decided. Whoever reads it here does not discover it on day 46.
- No direct debit, no dunning, no bookkeeping. Invoices and cash receipts exist; nothing is collected.
- No arena booking with a hard block. A double booking is a hint today, not a barrier — whoever is on site decides.
- No separate account for the boarder. There is the statement by link, and it covers the status. A login per boarder is postponed.
- No chat and no app from an app store. The application runs in the browser and can be placed on your phone — nothing more is needed.
- No marketplace, no central register, no brokerage. Anyone looking for a box writes to you.
- No feed production and no breeding records in a stable plan. That is not a gap but the cut — anyone who breeds or mixes their own feed will find it on Zuchtwerk. If you need it here anyway, we unlock it for you individually.

After that the account falls back to Free. Nothing is deleted, and export always works.
